Our pick up service is being modified as we introduce our famous drive-through. This crisis is really accelerating in the future. we are moving much faster now, these digital investments we are making are in place to enable us to give you, our customer more choice and flexibility in how you order, pay, and receive your ice cream at Brain Freeze, during these unusual times. We will remain serious in making it important for every simple customer to receive our ice cream served up to our top standards.

• Pickup is available 7 days a week  from Mon - Sat : 11:30 am - 10pm and Sunday : Noon - 10pm . 

• If you arrive after 8 pm, please come to the store to pick up your order.

• Same Day Pickup: Orders must be placed by 5 pm. Once you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. 

• Payment: We offer various forms of payment. First-time guests paying by credit card will be required to present the physical credit card and ID at pickup.  Rest assured, your payment will only be processed for your total purchase.
