  • Is it your first time using this site?

  • What Devices support online ordering?
    The Brain Freeze Ice Cream Mobile Design is available on any iPhone or Android device. Brainfreeze online ordering is available on any device with internet service and access to one of our supported browsers: Google Chrome Apple Safari Mozilla Firefox Microsoft Edge Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Can I have a cake delivered ?
    No, we can only allowed pickup from our location.
  • Can I add a personalized message?
    As part of the checkout process simply select an occasion (where applicable) and the appropriate greeting card will be included - you just fill in your text at the same time you fill in your order info. Remember, this is a gift, so your recipient will not know who has sent the cake unless you fill in the card! Please note, we cannot write any message on the cakes, as they are topped with the occasion plaque (Happy Birthday, etc.), depending on which occasion you select.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    As long as you contact our office by phone to make the request before 4:50pm Eastern on the date of your order (i.e., before the package physically ready to be out), it is no problem to cancel and refund an order. Once an order is ready to pickup, however, it cannot be cancelled/refunded.
  • I have two discount codes...can I combine these offers?
    No. Brainfreeze's discount policy does not allow two or more discounts to be combined. You will receive the last of any discounts you submitted
  • Can I be sure my order will be ready for pickup on time?
    Absolutely. There is no recreating the experience of receiving a gift on the actual day of one's birthday or special occasion, and we are committed to fulfilling this pledge to our customers. For your own peace of mind, we also provide direct access to check the process through our Gift Tracker so you can see precisely when your order is ready to the signup button on the top of our webite. Please be advised that orders must be fully entered by 4:45pm Eastern for the order to be ready next day.
  • What if the product I order is not available?
    In the checkout process we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. However, if an item is out of stock we will make every effort to contact you and substitute with an item as close to the size and price of the item ordered. If you would like to accept our substitution policy, just check the box provided. Please be sure to include your contact numbers so we can reach you.
  • Are your products kosher?
    Our U.S. retail grocery, club, and convenience store products are OU-D kosher, certified by the Kashrut division of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America. Products at our Häagen-Dazs® Shops and restaurants are not necessarily certified kosher because of the utensils and other ingredients used to serve frozen desserts or drinks.
  • Does Brain Freeze offer catering?
